In chapter eight we learn more about how Wilson is dealing with Myrtles tragic death and what he will do about it. As anyone who read the book can see is that Wilson loved his wife very much but Myrtle did not. Wilson was lent to believe that Gatsby was the one who killed Myrtle because of the car he was driving. We find out earlier that Wilson asked Tom who owned a yellow car and who was the driver. I chose this picture because of what Wilson did with the information he was giving. After being questioned by the police Wilson decided to go to Gatsby's house and get revenge. Wilson got revenge by killing Gatsby(who he thought killed Myrtle) and taking his own life. To me he took his own life so one he would not be so sad and so he could be with his wife. This picture also illustrates how people can take innocent lives. That is the reason why i chose this picture for chapter eight.
